Surprisingly this is something that I love to do, practicing being interviewed that is. At this point in my college career any little bit of help I can get about my future is a step in the right direction. I have actually never been interviewed in a professional environment which makes looking for a job and graduating college so much more terrifying then it actually should be. So let's practice interviewing with a some sample questions:
1. How would having you on our team benefit our company?
2. What concerns do you have about this job?
3. What is your main reason for wanting this position?
4. During a conflict do you tend to mediate the situation by confrontation or by taking it to a higher person of authority?
5. If given a leadership position at our company would you be able to handle issues of conflict accordingly, if so give an example?
